The 1.3 is in a class by itself. The frame uses the same double-butted chromoly as our 1.8, but comes with horizontal slotted interchangeable dropouts making this one of the only fully convertible frames out there. Want to run it with gears? No worries. Change the dropout, add a rear wheel with a cassette, throw on a shifter, cable, and a rear derailleur and you're pretty much set. With the X Fusion Velvet R forks, aftermarket-level 3 piece chromoly cranks, sealed Thin pedals, and Alienation Skylark double-wall rims front and rear, you've got a pro-level machine that holds its own against any custom build out there.
