How to locate your serial number

Steel / Aluminum Frames:
Your serial number can be found on the bottom bracket of your frame or on the rear dropouts.
Carbon Frames:
Carbon frames come with a removable tag containing the serial number attached near the seat tube. Please ask your dealer for this tag if it has already been removed. The serial number on carbon frames can be found printed on a QR code located on the bottom bracket or internally on the head tube. Please ask your dealer for assistance locating internal serial numbers.
E-Bike Frames:
Your serial number can be found on the bottom bracket, the back of the seat tube or on the rear dropouts.
